Day 1 Chandragiri Hills

On the first day of our homestay, we will provide you with a tour of Chandragiri Hills, southwest of Kathmandu Valley. Well, this place offers stunning views of the Himalayas via a scenic cable car ride. 

Not just that, this place is known for its historical significance and the Chandragiri Temple, making it a popular spot for both scenic beauty and cultural exploration near Kathmandu.

You need to spend around $22 here for an entry ticket or comfortable service.

Day 2 Monkey Temple & Museum

On the second day, our team will take you on a tour to view the stunning lace Swayambhunath, known as the Monkey Temple. It is an ancient religious site in Kathmandu. 

Perched atop a hill, it features a majestic stupa adorned with Buddha's eyes and colorful prayer flags. Likewise, monkeys roam freely, adding to its spiritual ambiance. 

A UNESCO World Heritage site, it offers panoramic views of Kathmandu Valley and is revered by both Buddhists and Hindus for its cultural significance. You have to spend around Rs. 200 for entry.

Near this place, there is a national museum which provides you with good knowledge and a view of ancient things of Nepal. There is a good collection of ancient coins, lifestyles, kings, and history. Only Rs. 100 is required for entrance.

Day 3 Bhaktapur Durbar Square

On 3rd day, we will take you to see the mesmerizing beauty of Bhaktapur Durbar Square. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site located in the heart of Bhaktapur city, known for its well-preserved medieval architecture and ancient temples. 

The square is a cultural gem, showcasing intricately carved wooden structures, pagoda-style temples, and historical monuments such as the 55-Window Palace. It's a vibrant hub of local life, where traditional Newari craftsmanship and festivals like Bisket Jatra are celebrated, offering visitors a glimpse into Nepal's rich cultural heritage.

You need to spend around Rs.1000 for the entrance.

Day 4 Royal Palace and Garden of Dreams

The fourth day with us is dedicated to the Royal Palace and Garden of Dreams, located in Kathmandu, offering contrasting yet equally captivating experiences. The Royal Palace, also known as Narayanhiti Palace Museum, was the former royal residence of the Shah dynasty and now serves as a museum showcasing Nepal's royal history and artifacts. The entrance fee is around Rs. 1000.

Nearby, the Garden of Dreams, a neo-classical garden originally designed in the early 20th century, provides a serene escape with its lush greenery, fountains, and pavilions. You need to pay above Rs. 500 for the entry ticket.

Both sites offer insights into Nepal's historical and cultural heritage, making them popular destinations for visitors seeking a blend of history, architecture, and tranquility in Kathmandu.

Day 5 City Tour

5th day is all about the city tour. We will provide you an opportunity to view the amazing places within Kathmandu such as Hanuman Dhoka, New Road, Ashan, Ratna Park, Sankata, Khichapokari, and Basantapur.

Day 6 Single Tree and White Gumba

6th day with us will be about site seeing Single Tree Hill and White Gumba which are two notable sites near Kathmandu that attract visitors for their scenic beauty and spiritual significance. 

Single Tree Hill is located in Chandragiri Municipality, Single Tree Hill offers panoramic views of Kathmandu Valley and the surrounding Himalayan mountains. It's named after a lone pine tree that stands prominently on the hilltop, providing a picturesque backdrop for sunrise and sunset views. The entrance fee here is Rs. 300 only.

Likewise, White Gumba is situated in the northern outskirts of Kathmandu Valley, White Gumba (Seto Gumba) is a Buddhist monastery known for its distinctive white architecture and peaceful atmosphere. It offers stunning views of the valley below and is a serene place for meditation and reflection. The monastery's white walls and golden spire stand out against the lush greenery, making it a serene retreat from the bustle of the city.

Day 7 Pashupatinath

On the 7th day, we will take you on a tour of Pashupatinath Temple in Kathmandu, a sacred Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Situated on the Bagmati River, it is famous for its pagoda-style architecture, intricate wood carvings, and religious rituals. 

The temple complex includes cremation ghats and attracts visitors for its spiritual ambiance and cultural significance in Nepal. International guests have to pay Rs. 1000 for the entrance.

Day 8 Patan Durbar Square & Zoo

8th day will be a memorable tour for you as we will take you to see the site of Patan Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage site located in the heart of Patan city, known for its stunning Newari architecture, intricately carved wooden temples, and historic palaces.

It's a cultural hub showcasing the rich heritage of the Newar community, with landmarks like the Krishna Mandir and the Patan Museum offering insights into Nepal's artistic and architectural traditions.

On the same day, we will experience the Patan Zoo, also known as Jawalakhel Zoo, which is one of Nepal's oldest zoological parks located near Patan Durbar Square. It houses a variety of indigenous and exotic wildlife species, providing educational opportunities and recreational activities for visitors.

The zoo's conservation efforts focus on preserving Nepal's biodiversity while offering a family-friendly environment for enjoying nature and learning about wildlife.

You need to pay Rs. 1000 each to get entry at both places.

Day 9 Kalupandey Park Walking

On the 9th day, we will explore Kalupandey Park located in Lalitpur, Nepal, which is a popular spot for leisurely walks and recreational activities. It offers a serene environment with lush greenery, paved pathways, and benches for relaxation.

The park is famous for its peaceful atmosphere, making it ideal for morning or evening walks amidst nature. Visitors can enjoy views of the surrounding hills and take in the fresh air while strolling through this tranquil urban oasis in Lalitpur.

Day 10 Hasantar Nunnery

On the 10th day, we will take you to Hasantar Nunnery, also known as Hasantar Gompa, which is a Buddhist nunnery located in Kathmandu, Nepal. It is situated in the hills surrounding the valley, offering a peaceful retreat away from the bustling city below. 

The nunnery is known for its serene surroundings, traditional Tibetan architecture, and spiritual ambiance. It serves as a place of study and practice for Buddhist nuns, preserving Tibetan Buddhist traditions and culture in Nepal. Visitors can explore the nunnery grounds, admire the architecture, and experience the tranquility of this sacred site.
